Sari buildings steep slope pe banaye hai. Builder ne Bana ke bech ke nikal Lena hai. Baad mai kab Kahan land slide a raha hai usse inko kya. Stay safe. God bless.

@@gocrow23it could be anywhere you have scout for properties that have less steep slopes. Only way to do that is actually going around looking for nice habitable places. Call the agents you know. It takes time find a nice place.

No you can't buy but you can buy property on lease. Edit: as you said you didn't buy this property on lease you bought it I don't think so you need to check with the laws it can get you in trouble

Bhai himachal ko himachal hi rehne do yaar. Ye aajkal ek nayaa drama start ho gya hai "living in mountains", "pahadon me apna ghar" . Pahele "luxurious life" or "all facilities available" ke naam par delhi , mumbai jaise cities banaa diye ab aa gaye himachal jaise khoobsurat state ko barbaad karne "living in himalayas" ke naam par. Himachal ko delhi, mumbai mat banaao yaar. Or ye kon log hain jo is tarah se property bech rahe hain, article 118 ki dhajjiyaan udaa rahe ho. Ye band hona chaahiye , kisi bhi non himachali ko land ya house nahi milna chaahiye.
