I like the walk thru kitchen. The laundry room is a nice size. I would think you could attach a garage there.

This is very nice and cozy. My favorite parts are the built-ins, both the bathrooms, fireplace, and the back patio. Although, I would've liked the fireplace to be both on either side of the living and kitchen areas.

Utility room lacks space for a freezer as usual. Back patio is a waste of space that could be better utilized by walking off and adding to master giving it a proper closet and adding a shower along with the bathtub
