It's your attention to detail that makes this feel like a home lived in. I smiled when I saw the sunlight streaming through the front door window along with the lamps on in the bedrooms.

This is a great house! Common sense staging and design give this home curb appeal and indoor appeal as well. The corner window in the dining area could be another exit to a back yard deck/barbecue area. Great work.

I would take out the buffet and put storage there maybe with a shelf, also I would build a breezeway to a garage off the back door but that is just me, but very nice

Swap the locations of the sink and washer/dryer to vent from the exterior wall - also provides better workflow when doing laundry

It is a brick house with wooden cladding on the outside. Breathe? Build perfect houses, then you don't have to worry about breathing.

Tran, why do almost all your doors have vents on the bottom? It just something we don't see a lot around here. Great house, btw.

To better provide airflow for the HVAC system. Some homes (mine included) have vents through the walls above the doors for the same purpose.

Had to giggle when I saw the non-ensuite bathroom - thought I was looking at my class A RV bathroom - 1/4 moon shower is a hoot. As the owner, would never have to use it, per se. Assume if plans were available, ALL the stuff would be included - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Bring this up as I saw zero outlets in the kitchen backsplash - understand this is a clean sheet look at a good design - 👍 Keep up the great work!!

ALMOST EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, EXCEPT THE FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM. INSTEAD OF A FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM, I WOULD LIKE A HEATING OVEN WITH COOKING FUNCTION IN THE KITCHEN. AND ALSO AN ELECTRIC STOVE. WE IN AUSTRIA DO NOT COOK WITH GAS. AS A HEATING AND HOT WATER SOURCE SOLAR PANELS ON THE ROOF OR WITH A DEEP DRILLING AS HEATING, IE FLOOR HEATING.

Fireplaces are shown in many plans because they look nice. They're poor sources of heat, and though some like them for ambiance they're not used very often. The kitchen stove in this video is probably electric.

@@Bobrogers99Ich spreche nicht nur von diesem Haus, sondern auch von die, die noch folgen werden. Armut hat nichts mit einem Haus zu tun. Bei uns könnten sich die Armen kein Haus leisten. Und bei uns ist die Alternative zu Holz auch um einiges Günstiger. Strom ist bei uns leistbar. Gas kann sich in Österreich fast keiner leisten. Man müsste nur einmal etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen, und hat für eine lange Zeit Ruhe.

Very nice. Lots of closets. Simple walls. I think the dining area back wall is asking for a sliding door to a deck, but that can be the owner's add on. Window treatments? As well as privacy and blocking light, they finish a room.
