In Pakistan? no. SBP has very strick monetary requirements for Exchange B Company. You could become an agent of an existing money transfer company, but only for payout in Rupees. You will not make any money on the FX.

Hi! Thanks for your video, I’m forming an llc company to commerce crypto currency to usd and usd to cryptocurrency not big amounts, max 60.000 dollars month, do I need a money transmitter license for that? I only will moving my own capital, and the payment method will be Zelle in 3 different bank accounts, normally the biggest transaction it’s 500 dollars, but will be more or less 120-170 transaction split in the tree accounts monthly, there will be always between U.S bank and exchanges with KYC, non U.S citizen costumer will be accept, only U.S banks
