I’m glad the Spider-Man connections were deleted. It would’ve been awful had this been connected to any live action Spider-Man universe. Imagine the plot of your movie not mentioning Spider-Man, or at least showing a vision of Peter Parker, growing up and becoming Spider-Man though your entire plot is protecting the uncle of said hero. This movie deserved to flop. Audiences deserve better written female heroes and better written characters in general. Great Vid Chris🔥

The movie was supposed to be about saving his mother from being killed but they changed and added the 3 girls to be the plot point. Thats why it feels like theres no point to them being attacked

I fully agree with you, when Ezekiel started talking at the start of the movie, i was seriously thinking there was something wrong with the sound in the cinema or something, it just did not add up, but it never went away, and it went way downhill from there. Just to mention/add to some of your points: The babyshower scene was completely ridiculous with the blank piece of paper and her just rambling about her mom's death, why tf did she even go there? Ben and Mary could have been a spoken reference, they did not need to cast anyone for those rolws. The Las Aranas guy in Peru spoke better english than her, not bad for a hidden Peruvian native spiderpeople tribe. It could have used some explanation on Ezekiel's suit or how he got his powers. The fuk was that NSA password about, I am required to use a mixedbag 12character minimal to read my newspaper account, but the NSA uses just Y920B375 ? (or something silimar) And yeah, the Nsa face-detect-deage-tech made no sense. if Ezekiel has NSA access, how did he not find her going to Peru through fluffin airport security? She pulled the license plate of a numbered/marked taxi to do what, make it more obvious to be stolen? Plus, where the hell did she suddenly get a new appartment from at the end? To end my rant: Why were the spiderwomen more in the trailer than in the movie? I did not just "not like" this movie, i straight up hated having watched it.

The original plot was leaked a while ago before the film reshoots. It had a strong terminator-like plot, where Ezekiel goes back in time to kill Peter's mom that's why the film is set in 2003. So the future madame web sends visions to the 2003 madame to warn her, she still gets her powers the same way.Emma Roberts had a bigger role before the reshoots, The reason girls go with Peter's mom was to protect the baby.

5:51 they do so much exposition to tell us how the bird lived 😂 but then we get no context as to how the ghost projection powers work

Richard and Mary are killed by the Red Skull in a plane crash while on a SHIELD mission. I don't know how she could prevent their deaths. It is absolutely odd she wouldn't prevent the death of Ben though since the movie hints she is in love with him.

I honestly take your word for it because you usually dont trash movies much you try to stay positive. i remember that expendables 4 review i watched that horrible movie and i just wonder how tf do these companies let movies like that see the light of day
