3D Printed RV Parts Ep1 - Breaker Covers

2 жыл бұрынIn this new series, I will be providing access to the STL files on my website ( www.rv-project.com/resources/3dstuff.php ) for the various 3D printed parts I have created. These files are available free of charge.
In this installment, I created a cover for the Automotive style Short Stop Circuit Breakers often found on RVs. In certain applications, it works with the rubber covers that come with these breakers as those tend to fail when you attach multiple wires to the terminals.

Nice. Thanks for sharing the file. 3D printing at home has been a game changer. I have yet to get into it but my brother in law is a master. I will see if he can print 2....one for him and one for me. 😁

Will you explain the function of this circuit breaker? You also said you could add to it, will you give an example of what one might add? A short video on the topic would be interesting. Thanks!

Its actually a relay inside that little box so say when you switch your battery shut off on your RV you'd have one of these "breakers" on the line which when flipped the small celinoid relay inside flips shutting off power. Theres many other uses but this should give ya an idea. You'll find them all over RV's, power sports like quads, boats, cars ect..
