Hey Maxwell, thanks 😊 for the feedback. With Photopea make sure you're not on the App but on browser, change browsers if possible. If that persist check your steps anf follow them to the T: These are the steps you should follow Step 1 - Design a 2D logo on Canva, download it on your Gallery if using a phone, or download it on your computer Step 2 - Go to Photopea.com and click on (option 1) 'Open from computer' to go find your PSD file from where you've saved it and load it on Photopea or (option 2) click on 'PSD Template' on the landing page, click on Mockups, and pick by double-clicking on one of the templates you like - it's free to use. Step 3 - Double click on the checked box where it says 'Your logo here' Step 4 - Click on the eye, still on the layer section to hide the text on the PSD mockup Step 6 - Then, select File > Open & Place (from the main menu) and go find your downloaded 2D logo on downloads / gallery Step 7 - Size and center your logo Step 8 - Click on File > Save as smart object (from the main menu) Step 9 - Click on the Mockup tab to view your design (first tab on top) Step 10 - Export your 3D logo design as png/jpg Best wishes and let me know how it turns out. When I recorded this video I was using Fibre, yes it was fast, I miss it. I'm now using normal wifi from a router, it's not so fast but we get by.😊🙏🏽

Hey Mia, you can use any letter. You can use graphic letters on Canva or create your own letter images to suit your design. The trick is it must be an image, any image and you can have lots of fun with your designs.

3D designs are very tricky on documents and it tends to be a personal choice. You could download it as JPG or PNG and add it to a document to see if it looks right to me. Usually I stick to 2D on docs and use 3D for websites (SVG download) and social media profiles as it looks really nice there. Hope that helps.

Hi Sami, I'm sorry your struggling with this, it took me a while also in the beginning to get it right. Just let me make sure that you're not using an iPhone or iPad as the process is different. Hi Zaheer, Are you using an Apple product because the process is slightly different. If not, you might have missed a step. Hey Wanderson, we get this issue a lot. If you are using an iPad and iPhone process is different please follow this process for Apple products, and pls be patient as it takes time with Apple, products but it also works kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fcqbgrqhntXPmGg.html

If you are using Android, the process would be as below as I get this a lot and you probably because you've missed a step of not adding your 2D.
