I went to Roberts chemical today and mentioned this video. They said they didn't know why they were receiving more calls out of the blue initially :D I believe you can get a report on the SH batch you buy so you can know exactly what % it's at. I buy the 5 gal pails and he said those are usually 12.5 - 13%

That is awesome. I'm jealous but determined to start washing houses.just working out money issues to get there. I work about 250 hours a month on salary on a rice farm and only make $3000 all month. I would love to reach that kind of work. You are crushing it for sure. Good job. Also Cody at Southeast softwash is a great salesman no matter what anyone says. Complete beginner question here. With the 15% SH, will you be able to do more types of jobs using the X5 or you'll just dilute it more and still use the X6 for anything that require hotter mix ? As per my understanding, downstreaming with a 4:1 ratio should get you around a 3% mix at the gun with 15% SH.
@powerfulimprovements3 ай бұрын
15% will allow me to dilute yes. 4:1 is not realistic Downstreaming. 10:1 is just about max depending on you machine and injector set up

AgroChem didn't make the cut this year? I used them last year and won't be doing that this year. In my backyard and still was a hassle. Wonder if Roberts delivers to Upstate NY. Good luck with troubleshooting the X6.

There is NO WAY IN HELL, I'd up on that roof via a ladder!! I stepped off a single story roof, onto my ladder, that the home owner had just gone down. Right foot onto the ladder, & that was it! Ladder slid sideways, I ended up testing the strength of his wood deck with my ribcage, bounced off that onto his lawn. Decking won, in case your wondering....3 cracked ribs, out of action for 7 weeks.

So what is the going price for roofs in the U.S. down here in the southern hemisphere some charge 1000 and that’s for a crappy job and some at 2500. And that is practically an all day’er. Most of our roofs are terracotta tile and very stubborn to clean due to people waiting until the roof hits 100 years. Mostly they wait until they have water damage.

@@JDMSoftWashsorry for delay. We are close to $5 delivered when ordering IBC tote. We also get local delivery which is a few cents higher per gallon. Prefer local bulk but like to have 2 suppliers.
@johnmakbuilds2 ай бұрын
@@JDMSoftWash give or take a few cents … if I get bulk delivery it’s $5 delivered to my shop. If I order in 275 gallon totes it’s about the same … but you get a free tote out of it. I sometimes need extra totes so it saves me a few bucks and time going on marketplace, finding one then driving to pick it up. If you order an IBC w SH, it’s important to remember they weight close to 3,000 lbs so you need a forklift that can handle that weight to unload it. Otherwise you want get 55 gallon drums. Which you should always get increments of 4 because it help’s average out best price per gallon. (4 to a pallet for shipping is very closely priced to shipping just 1 barrel/drum)

OMG.. long time Fan of yours but I am sad to hear you are a SESW fan.... My opinion is he is about taking advantage of new guys .... Cody was great in the beginning but a lot of us OGs realized $$$ changed him.... But either way much respect and wash on. 😮 And your right you've never mentioned $ made in your videos until today... But since you mentioned SESW it makes sense. I just hope you stay humble and continue to promote individual growth as you have over the years here on KZfaq and not give in to promotions of software.. or buying into "clubs" or skids to be a pressure washer like forever self employed , Cody and them.... Please don't say it's so..... But at the end of the day to each there own... Will have to see where this channel turns for me to decide for myself. Your a good guy and have always wished you the best... Please don't change....

Whether it's a minivan with a slide-out in the back or a F-250 dually with a skid, just get algae off of people's houses and get paid. Love you Joe! Hope your 204 is blessed
