Something that I think is that needs to be paid more attention is Boomsticks little speech at the end. "Because it fun Wiz! damn it man! there is more then one way to appreciate something, we're having a fun time talking about awesome characters and slamming action figures together, and that's ok" -Boom stick. Some people need to realize that this show is for fun and bringing people from different fandoms together. This show started out as a one mare passion project and later in the life of this series it grew and grew, they don't state that "This the 100% answer to this 'who would win' " their just simply stating who THEY think would win and sometimes I see people who forget that. The way I see it, if you want an anime character to beat Supes, it has to be someone that’s up there with Yhwach, Rimuru and Anos Voldigodo, even then I’m not sure if they’ll even be able to take the man of steel down. DC world building and power scaling is built different in every sense of the word.

No, Wiz & Boomstick are NOT making up the numbers. They really exist with those names & can be expressed only in scientific notation. But Boomstick was right in that numbers *that* astronomically tremendous just don't have any real meaning when it comes to power scaling on this magnitude. What really *does* matter is that Superman, as a character, was first made 46 years before Goku & has far more continuity & history than Goku...This is why even combining *everything* for Goku didn't really make a *significant* difference; The DB team did their best to portray both characters at their best. Another thing to take into account is that Superman said that Goku almost had him that time & being the goodest of the good, does NOT make a habit of lying to a friend. For that matter Superman's biggest challenge is not whether or not he can do something, it's whether or not he's doing the right thing for the right reasons. But from Goku's view, he *wants* to face Superman at his very best. Heck, Goku even destroyed a piece of kryptonite because it weakened Supes in the first DB video & outright said as much. So Goku, a man who strives to overcome his own limitations, has a perfect sparring partner, a man who has no limits. Goku can only get stronger with each battle. In this video,he outright told Superman to stop holding back & when he saw Supes doing his "serial sundiving" to charge up more, said "Finally" because he knew Supes would be at his very best. IMHO, the best way to watch this is for a viewer to set aside their own ego & fandom, watch the show for how awesomely epic battle it is. Regardless of who wins, everything can be wished back by the winner in the same way that Superman restored the Earth at the beginning of the second DB between them. This means there are no lasting or permanent consequences regardless of what happens. It's consequences like this is why Superman has to always maintain a strict discipline of self-control but using the Dragonballs later is a reason why Supes *can* take that rare opportunity to really cut loose. Shattering the multiverse at the end is literally "an act that brings the house down." The thing is, what can you do for an encore to top that? 😁
