Nice Video, I totally new learned about the 4.4 mil connector and the balanced Headphones. I have beyerdynamics MMX 300 and bought a new Soundblaster X5. Now I wonder if I could use the better amplifiers from the 4.4 mil output with an adapter 4.4 mil balanced to 3.5 mil unbalanced. I am aware that I don't profit of the benefits of the balanced output anymore, but there should be more dynamic and performance.

Hi is there any adaptor I can use to convert 3.5 normal headphone into 4.5 or other sized balanced output?

There are but honestly i wouldn't, firstly depending on the way the device is designed i could very well cause damage to the amps inside as they are designed to be 2 separate circuits and you're jamming them into one, and secondly it would not have any improvement you may as well stick with the 3.5mm output on the device as unless you are using it in a truly balanced setup you will get no gains.

Well, in other words you're asking if there's a simpler way by adapter to do this, there isn't. A 3.5mm to 4.4mm or 2.5 balanced WILL fry the amp.
