Hello. Why is e-commerce considered zero-level intermediaries I though that often when you order a thrid party such as UPS must then deliver the product to the consumer, making producer-to-consumer indirect? Thank you (Videos are awesome keep it up)

UPS is considered transformation not place (distribution) since UPS is only sending the product to the customer and its not selling it to them. therefore e-commerce is considered zero-level intermediates since the product is shipped from the supplier or manufacturer directly to the customer.
