Very very nice!!! I like it, suitable for my small lot, size 11x12.5m. Is it possible that instead of a solid wall in the facade be replace by glass? How it affect the strength and over all beauty of the design plus the cost? Plus if you add small guest room with toilet and bath in the roof deck. I think my guest would love to wake up watching the beauty of sunrise.

I love the design, could you make it in a 120 sqm. Lot with a frontage of 8 sq. Meters and firewall on the right side elevation. Also, could you make the bedroom in the ground flr with its own bathroom. A powder room under the stairwell for house guest
