Hi thanks for your informational videos The million dollar Question is what has been the effect of dropping value of Turkish lira on the value of property prices ? For example if the lira drops 50% in value tomorrow do your property adjust and increase 50% in price? How can we control / protwct the property values against falling lira?

Does your company has an established section which would take care of the rentals and maintenance. Would it be profitable as a rental property in Istanbul in terms of 'net' cash monthly income or would it just be consumed in repairs and maintenance service charges ? I might be visiting in two weeks. Is there any chance you could spare a few minutes personally in late April ?

Nice and interesting video ! However, I'd like to make some correction, as population indicated in the video for Bursa and Antalya are for the entire province, not for the metropolitan municipalities. Bursa's urban population is just above 2 million and Antalya's is about 1,3 million.
