Every timeI put biscuits on top of a casserole and bake it, the biscuits are cooked on the top but raw on thebottom that touches the casserole. Any suggestions?

What is that knife called that the person used to cut the sweet potato biscuit dough?

That's a bench scraper, or food mover. It's usually used to scrape up large amounts of diced food off the cutting board and move it to the pot. Bakers sometimes use them to scrape sticky dough off the cutting board.

These are not biscuits by any stretch of the imagination. Mary berry would had a heart attack. These are breads or pastry based food. Biscuits are cookies shortbread custard creams borbons for example.
