4 ways to increase your pull ups 1. 2 seconds hold at the top for every pull up reps 2. Do isometric hold 3 seconds at the top 3 seconds in the middle 3 seconds at the bottom You can adjust the time based on your current level 3. Tempo pull up Basically doing pull up explosively and going down slowly 4. Do super set pull up Do a progression pull up Keep your elbows tuck in Do a tuck front lever Much love ❤❤
