Crockpot Maple Brown Sugar Ham
1 5-8 lb Spiral Cut Ham
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 Can Pineapple Rings
Maraschino Cherries
Place ham in crockpot. Pour half of juice from pineapples all over ham. Top with half of brown sugar. Drizzle on maple syrup and pat into ham, Next, add pineapple rings and cherries all over surface of ham as well as around ham in crockpot. Add remaining pineapple juice to sides of ham. Cook on low 4-5 hours or until ham is warmed through.
Crockpot "Awesome" Green Beans
4 Cans Green Beans, drained and rinsed
1 stick butter, cubed
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
4 Slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low 2-3 hours. I stir about half way through.
Crockpot Creamed Corn (Serves 4)
1, 12 oz Bag Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup Half & Half
3 tbsp Butter
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Combine all ingredients in small crockpot. Stir to combine. Cook on low 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Optional - Use immersion blender to slightly blend (3-4 seconds only) to blend a portion of your corn. This helps to thicken your creamed corn.
Crockpot Mac and Cheese
1 16oz box Uncooked Elbow Noodles
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar
1.5 cups shredded Monterrey Jack
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 12oz. can Evaporated Milk
3 cups Whole Milk
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on low 1 - 1.5 hours, stirring half way through. You may need to add a little milk or half and half to thin out.
