Ai cross to sauce, setup with small cross first Pro cross is good for pick and rolls Drose cross is good for recovering or aggressive defenders Jab cross is good in transition or when you have momentum
@jacklye29214 жыл бұрын
Thomas Smith I see Donovan Mitchell do the cross jab in iso situations all the time you don’t just have to do it in transition

I have a nice handles and a pretty good iverson cross, but I can't seem to explode out of it. I noticed that on the foot drag you readjusted the foot, I don't do that as it feels uncomfortable, is that why?

Why are you teaching a carry
@CoachFrikki4 жыл бұрын
Not really sure about that Derrick Rose stop. Not a very natural way of decelerating and stopping, seems to me that it leads to a pretty heavy stress on the knees. Imagine going 100% speed and stopping this way with my feet so close together. If going right your left knee can easily valgus in. I think splitting your feet wider while going BTL, BTB or same hand dead leg is the way to go. Can't really think of any players who do this cross stop except D-Rose and he had huge problems with decelerating properly which lead to we know what.
@R2bball4 жыл бұрын
Coach Frikki Split BTL or BTB are solid but not as fast. You can do it a little wider if needed but not much. It’s the same stop as a pull-up jumper. Quick 1-2
