Canoed the southern lakes with some wonderful friends during the summer of '22. Of many backcointry paddles over the years, the southern lakes are TOTALLY AWESOME! Hope to get back.

@@outandacross was it busy when you went? We are looking at doing an adventure out that way soon and looking for places to go.

@@Tents.and.Timber It was very quiet for us. We only crossed paths with a handful of other paddlers. Peskawa Lake can be especially quiet, as there are quite a few portages required to reach those campsites. Totally worthwhile trip!
