I've never seen anyone do 2 layers, that's cool, didn't know they could do that. I want to try the yogurt dots, that sounds really good. Have you ever tried to do papaya? I just ate one, and was wondering what it would be like 😅

I haven’t tried papaya. This summer I want to try a lot more fruit. The yogurt dots take up a lot of room for the amount you get but they were a hit.

Do you find the parchment paper slows the drying process? can you share the drying times please? I definitely will be doing zucchini chips, I just did broccoli stem chips, unseasoned, and theyre GREAT. Now you have me thinking about yoghurt drops! Thanks

I honestly don’t know if it slowed down the process. With the paper in between layers I was able to do so much more that I feel confident is was mych quicker than doing individual batches. I didn’t write down how long it took to dry. Sorry! Brocoli stems are brillant! Thanks for sharing that idea!
