4 Ingredient Protein Cookie Recipe

RECIPE
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1/8 tsp salt
Chocolate chips
Combine everything, press into cookie shapes, and bake 8 minutes in an oven preheated to 350° F. Let cool ten minutes to firm up before handling.

I tried this, It tastes exactly like cookies. But my only complaint is it has almost a burnt-cake like texture, perhaps I baked mine for too long?

I tried this one. It taste good, kinda like polvoron from my country. Followed the recipe as much as I could. Although, I used 2 packets of stevia, and its a little too sweet for me. Edit: my mom pointed out that there is a bit of aftertaste…its the stevia. I also made another one with 1 stevia, but it’s still there. So yep, don’t use stevia🤣👍

If you're in the US I think you can use monk fruit sweetener instead of stevia. It has less of an aftertaste. Where I am right now I cannot find monk fruit powder so I'm stuck with stevia and erythritol.

Probably due to the peanut butter you used, which is what makes the ingredients stick together. I saw a cooking tip that suggested you spray a little non-stick spray to your hands to remove that issue. It shouldn't mess with the overall cookie dough, too.

1 scoop of your protein, 2tbsps peanut butter or powder peanut butter but make it a thick consistency with a tiny tiny bit of water first, then add about 4 to 8g of sweetener I would say only if it’s a substitute for sugar then obviously just 1/4 or 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt

If you use unsweetened chocolate chips or toasted coconut shavings together with xylitol, stevia or something like that as sweetener you have them keto aswell. Given you use keto protein powder ofc.

@@ThatTrendHouse Chocolate is made from cocoa beans. Adding milk is optional and if milk is added, it doesn't have to be dairy. There are so many vegan chocolate brands. All you have to do is Google it, but you'd rather with people on the internet because you have a superiority complex.
