I don't know why the city is trying to make the people their own business is responsible for enforcing the law. It's the responsibility of the Albuquerque police to enforce the law and the Burnley county sheriff's department that's their job to fight crime quit stop stop trying. I've learned to expect that APD won't show up until AFTER or MUCH AFTER a crime has been committed. Only after we found our stolen vehicle did APD show up, and the officer could not have cared less about our predicament.
