Wow way to commit and see it through. Incredibly inspiring video to show us all most the limits we abide by are SELF IMPOSED. The chains that hold us back were out there by our own minds. Also it’s amazing you did 8 miles at the end even though you walked one of them. Nicely done big Trident.

Really enjoyed this post man> Real honest way to go. I'm hitting it this Friday to Sunday. Ill hit 50 on Sunday so Birthday present to me I guess. Working through some IT Band pain now so see how it goes.

Thats a great idea Qs. Ive been meaning to do a body clense for a while. Any other good detox recommendations?

Matlas McGill yes it’s amazing and sometimes I try the apple cider vinegar in warm water in morning just after you wake up 🤢 . So what I do is I try something and I put note in a journal how I feel after and what changed on my body and skin etc
