Been planking , walk - run , resistance training with bands and tons of jumping jacks . Last rehab is this Saturday back to push ups hope to drop to 230’s over the next month . Eventually when the world opens I want to try a spartan sprint in philly ... Stay safe and Stay hard !

Same! Just graduated on Friday and couldn’t have made it without reminding myself constantly of Goggin’s words. I’ve always had a fear of failing in academics and him reminding me that my demons will ALWAYS find me, that you can’t run from them…it reinforced my decision that it was time to face those fears, to “face those motherfathers”…there was a lot of times of four letter words out of frustration, wanting to quit and throw in the towel, etc but I remember his words of finding myself in the suffering and the importance of becoming someone I would be proud of myself….graduated with honors and heading into graduate studies next month. Couldn’t have done it without this guy seriously. I know more bouts of four letter words, fears and doubts arising, etc are going to come but I just need to STAY HARD

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

This is so timely. It's all about the conditioning of the mind. I worked in a school, that was one of the toughest schools in the city. It was difficult, coming from a school - from a privileged school, it was hard to adjust. The kids were angry, the teachers were angry, the administrators were indifferent. I would sit in my car for about 10 minutes before I could walk into the building some mornings. It wasn't until I conditioned my mind to accept were I was, and go in and do what I was hired to do. My entire school year changed, I went to work and laughed at things that should have made me cry. Conditioning your mind is the key.

I'll listen to this every morning and every night for 10 minutes, I'll become the best version of myself. No more depression, no more excuses, no more emotional sh*t. I don't want attention, I don't want money, I want a better ME. I wont stop until I die proud. I will make my parents proud, I'll make myself proud. I KNOW that I will suffer, but I WANT to suffer. I know it will take lots of hard work, lots of pain. But I'll do it. Thank you, David Goggins, I needed this. Time to wake up. Time to take action.

nice analysis mate! if only we had more people paying attention to the crypto market, the bullish movement on the crypto market these past week has been beneficial to both the holders and traders alike, but more for the readers. This I can say for fact because I personally being a signal user, I was able to trade and make profit running over 89k USD although I had guidance from Danilo Anderso we all can agree it has been a good run for crypto assets. Being a signal user for a while, I can firmly say training with Danilo Anderso signals is the real deal, I have made a lot using his signals in my trades. strictly for crypto inclined concerns Kathy Hoffman can be reached on wats pp +1 (608) 535-5364 and facebook (Danilo Anderso )
