Also bad in mind that people react differently with regards to blood sugar levels to the same food. In other words you could give two people identical LOAD of Basmati rice from the same bowl and those two people could have a different reaction t in relation to their blood sugar levels. In other words, no size fits all.

Thank you for clearing up some confusion about rice. As with fruits and vegetables the colored varieties are healthier. Brown, red, or black rice has hull on so is lower glycemic index. White rice regardless of the variety is most certainly refined. Changing to a different variety of rice or color cannot cause reversal of diabetic symptoms. Lifestyle is a major player in control of diabetes. I’ve noticed your other videos on this topic. Keep up the good the good work.

I like the Royal brand in the burlap sack, its really good and the sack is good for picking morels or chaga, although I am cursed to never see morels over the years, thank you Dr. I worry about arsenic and heavy metals in brown rice as i think ive already been put through the mill, i get the white one, I bicycle a lot, pretty sure i reversed my type 2, i got shredded but i eat a lot of basmati and red lentils, I need to get more greens, looking for a good greens supplement, that AG1 is so expensive, I wonder if you really get what you pay for, and i seen there is this ORAC product, thank you Dr

Basmati rice should be eaten in small amounts because it can cause imbalance in your doshas if eaten in excess. Once eaten in small amounts which can keep your doshas in balance. However, i eat some basmati rice yrsterday checked my blood sugar levels it seemed to have lowered

W recipes, viewer usually has to wait while cook methodically chops and cuts each same veg? Talking too much could be applied to most all other health advice ads? In just a few minutes, after hitting the colored sign below, usually ends up half hr to 45 min, before request for credit card and order? Today's public understands gist of msg in 30 sec or less, and do not wish for more than 1 minute or 2,? Too many other things to take care of in busy day?

Otherwise you sound like you are trying to hustle your way into keeping the viewers attention with no value then direct the viewer your next video for more details.
