Not going to patronise you and call you brave because you were never in danger but instead I applaud your resilience, your positive attitude and how you’ve obviously prepared properly for your adventure. You had the right kit, you knew how to use it and you faced each challenge and just kept going. Many wouldn’t.

Yeah, feeling your pain there, I was hiking last week in the Lakes also in all the bad weather and discovered as well the absolute pleasure of what looks like grass being 3 miles of Bog! Took some self motivation to push through instead of going back but at least now I have one of those Hiker stories. Well done, SUBBED

Tough tough and shit .That was hard work I wonder is there any really good ear plugs because I would need them too I find it impossible to sleep when it's windy or raining. At least your out there doing it hard as it seems there are people lying in hospitals that would give anything to be able to do what your doing. So good for you👍👍

I would go home after the first night. I don't have any need to prove to anyone that I can do it and I prefer to enjoy my time outdoors.
