Thanks MBV Team. You explain well. I got so much inspired from your videos and wanted to open SRL company in romania in IT. But recently I have heard news that Romania is going to change income tax limit from 1 to 3 % if annual revenue is above 60K euros. And slso for the employee of SRL salary will be 3300 Lei and on top more tax has to be paid than before. Please make a detail video if it will benefit for a person living in Germany or Belgium to still open a SRL company with 1 employee in Romania and get cleints from Germany / Belgium to do business with. Thanks again and keep doing good work. 👍🏻

Dear user, thanks a lot for the feedback. What I can tell you up to this moment is that this what you read is just a proposal and it not yet approved. The Government said that on 17.10.2023 will have the final meeting for this. Of course, most of the proposal will be approved but we need to wait and see which ones. After that for sure I will make a new video with all the changes. Thanks again!
