Great video. Finally somebody approaching F&B from a business perspective, managing costs, understanding margins, volume, etc. The Bubble Tea one was new to me, but we knew the others fairly well. Pizza is so heavily saturated these days, hard to compete where we live.

Since the pandemic, I'd say it's the pizza shops that are the only segment of the industry that hasn't been hit and is actually benefitting from the shift. They already had delivery and takeout is common with pizza. They didn't have to pivot too much. When I work with restaurant owners, I teach them how to use systems to carve out a 15-20% profit margin. It takes discipline to follow the systems and make sure the systems are followed by management. This helps tremendously when terrible economic conditions and crises occur.

Stumbled on this just made the commitment yesterday to start my business. Ive been in the industry all my life but Covid has made me look at things a bit differently. Thank you for the guidance. Solid channel you have here.

Here you barely have : very few foods, and they are expensive You can eat almost nothing, Do you guys see ? This model is very inefficient Eating out is nearly impossible Something is definitely missing it is : a restaurant where food keeps changing, food changes every day Chefs also rotate A meal will be cheap You get new foods every day. After a period of time : you will have eaten thousands of foods Do you see the difference now ? This model is way better Eating out will finally become possible

I’m definitely slowly starting out a business plan to sell wood fired pizza straight from home. Raise enough capital in the meantime to open up a physical location which has a decent amount of tables for dine in.

This year will be my last year of high school. After that, I plan on opening a small food shop that will sell food packs for students of all ages. Not a restaurant, not a bakery, not a pizza shop, not a cafe. But a small shop that make them all in small quantities and sell them as packs for school meals. Like, for $X.XX u can get a small burger and a coffee, or a sandwich and a pancake. What do you think about it?

I have a ramen and sushi restaurant. We use to just do sushi but we redid our menu and added ramen. Ramen is great easy to teach our employee therefore like sushi we don’t need a skilled chef. Our business grew double and I rather do ramen then sushi. For my next business i rather do just Ramen

Great video! Can you recommend something for me? I have a 13000 square ft lot on major highway at major intersection, lies in TIF zone and high high volume of traffic. Easy on/off highway, already zoned business. 200+ frontage road. Lot Is a bit irregular in that it is more long than deep. Besides a gas station , which others near by already building any ideas to capture high traffic

I have come up with the idea of having a food truck because I think it's better than having a restaurant, less hassle and can go to any places. Me and my partner haven't decided yet on what food should we sell. Ice cream was our first option but I don't know what other types of food should we add to make the business always attracts the people.
