People should actually watch the video and hear what they’re saying. It’s part of the “learn anything you can and be curious” concept. Plus it’s actually really interesting and useful, to learn about the human brain and body.

@westernvibes1267
@westernvibes1267 4 жыл бұрын
Here's a quick tip. Wanna increase your intelligence? Instead of looking up for movies, games, porns bla bla put a question that's related to you subjects or anything else and you'll get an answer. In the answer you will come across a term that you don't know, search it again and you'll get an answer. Keep it doing and in no time you will see you might have completed an entire subject avoiding all the bullshit unnecessary explanations written on your book. Push your brain to a limit where you feel frustrated, at that moment take a nap, come back next day and do it again. Spend some tons of hours self studying on internet, reading past what your brain can handle for few months and then you'll see you can pass those college or degree exams just before the night of the exam just by reading through the books

I used to be a slow learner and got held back in kindergarten, failed at school without any diploma. so I tried everything to improve my fluid intelligence. Meditation, dual work, doing mathematics, memory training, without benefits, I highly recommend you to learn a foreign language intensively as well as do regular physical exercises and last but not least do daily naps. English is my third language for six years since that, my thinking reasoning is better than ever and my awareness to rotate mentally in third dimensional, also I have a sense of a humour, you can trust me.

I have a lot of experience of being dumb trying to solve my psychotic problems and trying to be smarter. If you are dumb chances are you are WASTING your time. Exercise well every single day. Read a book every single day. Its during your darkest moments that you should concentrate. (this is what helped a lot, Just concentrate to solve your problems in very quiet place very very lonley worked wonders for me). JUST DO IT! Also if you want to solve your problems you need to be smart first to solve faster otherwise you may be stuck. Work smarter not harder. (This helped me at least a little bit to a lot than not by taking ginkgo, cocoa and ginseng together). also taking lots and lots of green tea increased my dumb intelligence. Also if you are dumb you can end up on jail and susceptible to health problems so take my advice in consideration, Being a vegetarian was a big mistake for me, meat and milk are important for brain health. I am not so sure about milk. I also wanted to kill myself because of all army of problems, serious health problems that can kill me, family, intellectually challanged, always had psychopath problems because of epilepsy, stress, anxiety.... Once the body goes, mind follows, so stay clean and healthy. Avoid stress its going to be very good for you, easily, trust me, I have a damn crap lot of experience on stress). Here is a list of polymath Jason betts (iq 163, WAIS) 10 Steps to Becoming Smarter: 1. Take this twice daily to clear the mind and body. (Its protandim) 2. Research smart people and do what they did, or still do. 3. Notice and define the edges of every object that you see. 4. Deduce the reasons and causes why things are or happen. 5. Always be studying formal or informal classes or courses. 6. Think to yourself your observations and conclusions often. 7. Exercise logical, lateral, emotional and musical intelligence. 8. Spend each week researching a random topic on the internet. 9. Read 1 book per week on as many different topics as possible. 10. Spend 5 seconds creating thoughts about new information items.

Im an introvert that had the same problems as you do. Some advice i would give is to follow what your interested in and learn more about yourself. Let go of fhe friends who dont care about you and dont respect you as a person. Your in this world not to prove yourself but to dream of what it is you want to do and achieve it and not doubt yourself because it drags you down and consumes your energy. you have to focus and invest your energy into the fhings that matter in life but in order to do so you have to start by setting your mind straight and learning about yourself

The learn a second language is very true. I started learning Japanese in 2016 and it made me notice how words work and how we speak and it made me better at explaining because I had another language to learn about my own. Since I had to learn my own sentences it made me more creative in learning and making new things. Then when I learned French I got an understanding of English roots and improved my spelling and writing. It made me a more confident person because I had to speak outside my comfort zone and meet new people. I’ve made many great friends and learned so much about the world. Language learning is one of the best skills to improve IQ :)?

If only my parents could understand this.. my way of thinking is really different from guys my age. Elders tend to think of youngsters as always dependent or inexperienced (which we are, technically) but still, we are capable of learning new things pretty quickly and can become a lot understanding. We always have to "somehow" prove it to them, they don't see us competent, if we don't partake in some sort of competition.

Two things will make you smart: Widen your frame of references and become a process oriented person. If you learn from many different sources your ability to pull from these sources, in seemingly unrelated knowledge, will crossover. If you focus on viewing everything as a process, all you have to do is learn the process for what you want to accomplish and you will increase your success rate in your endeavors . Also, If you want people to think you're smart, become adept at language; become a wordsmith. The more words you have available allows you to be able to specifically impart your message and less likely to be misinterpreted.

Hi, I'm a polyglot and I learnt a lot of languages and I'm an organist too (but I also play the piano). I learnt languages independently. I do all that stuffs since I was 13, but I don't like to exercise that much. When I watched your video a year ago, I start to workout and loss some weight. And this is totally effective, my I.Q. increased from 115 (without exercise) to 127 (with exercise. So, thank you for making this video!

It's a good thing Trump isn't a politician, instead he is real, a human being. Politicians go wrong and become corrupt because politics is their world, everything else matters less. Politics is not bad as long as their is a healthy median, same as anyone who idolizes work, politics just has a bigger impact on a country as a whole. Every human being has free will, they have choices to make. Every human being makes mistakes. Being humble is the only way to learn anything. Don't be a victim. Americans have lost their origin. This country was founded on Christianity and it is the only way to make it last, nothing can last without God's blessing. This country is delving into everything Antichrist, the country wont last that way, not that Satan wants it to last. Christians should be at the forefront of the battle, not standing behind the lines as has been proven repeatedly in the past few years. This country will collapse entirely if it doesn't go back to its roots.
