Your a blessing to me....I'm 70 but a BIRD NERD. I love hawks & backyard birds. I'm blessed to live on a migration path...again...(& I don't plan it. ). You wouldn't believe what I've seen. I had the American robins, Junco & House Finches here today. Had Bluejays, Cardinals & Stsrlings... (first time to see Starlings through binoculars) the other day. Waxwings are one of my favs since I saw them for the time in my life (rmbr I'm 70... what took so long...haha) about 8-9 yrs ago. I subscribed. I look forward to more tips etc. Thank you for sharing! Stay warm & safe! Blessings to you. L :)

How do you focus so fast (manual)??
@thehappybuzzboi1916 Жыл бұрын
May want to just use auto. What I do sometimes is if I have a button that can autofocus once temporarily, which is on some cameras like canon and Sony, I autofocus once then manually adjust as needed

What lens are good for Bird photography...thank you

Which lens would be recommended for bird photography would depend on the brand/model camera you own, the type bird you will be photographing, and the distance you will normally be from the bird. Unfortunately, you did not list which brand/model camera you own. However, for birds that you may typically find in your backyard or nearby (say, if you have a birdhouse or bird feeder in your yard), a 70-200mm or 70-300mm lens may be fine for your usage needs. However, if you will be at a park or out in the wild and will be at much father distances from the birds, a longer focal length would be recommended, such as a fixed 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, or 600mm lens, or a zoom lens such as a 100-400mm lens or a 150-600mm lens. It will depend on your camera brand and your budget as to which option may work best for your planned usage needs.
