The Chemex pour-over brewer often gets a lot of hate in the specialty coffee community, but it's my favorite brewer. In today's video, I break down some of the complaints against it, share why I love it, and offer 4 recipes that will make you love your Chemex again. What you do think about the chemex? I make espresso, then chemex, then lastly aeropress. Those are my go to coffees. I love everything about manual coffee making.

I use a Hario V60 but the chemex seems like such a good brewer :-)

Nice I love the v60 brewer as well, makes a great cup! For me the chemex makes a slightly cleaner cup 😀

I've never seen one of these in real life but I'm curious about them. I'm from Sweden and the "classical" way to make coffee here is probably by using a percolator brewer. Everyones grandma will has a percolator at home, so to me, percolator coffee is the golden standard, haha. How does this compare to percolator brewed coffee? Thanks for a great channel btw.
