I like the thought that went into this. Come to think of it, it would probably be fairly easy for the algorithm to filter out "commenting for the algorithm" comments. I think you have it beat with the second sentence though.

For the pancakes: I've got no mixer nor whisk so can I just throw it in my Bosch washing machine at 5600RPM? If yes, do I put the almond milk in the prewash or conditioner compartment? Thanks in advance. Looking forward to the clean calories
@Charlieto3 жыл бұрын
you can even simply use a fork to wisk the eggs up and then mix it all together in a bowl. more flour if its to runny, more milk if its to thick. add extra baking powder if you want them extra fluffy

Are bagels good for bulking ? Just bagels and butter
@shanemccarthy55563 жыл бұрын
@@yup6987 You should never really eat carbs by themselves. A Bagel and butter is just some fat and carbohydrates. Make sure to add a source of protein with it. Smoked salmon is a personal favorite of mine on a bagel. All that matters when bulking is that you're eating more calories in a day than your body burns. Make sure you're eating 0.8-1g of protein per pound of your bodyweight.

ayee i have the same recipe for healthy pancakes! i suggest a few things tho: 1. if u don’t wanna use flour, blend your oats beforehand so it has a similar texture 2. vanilla extract and a PINCH of salt to kill any bitterness and then maybe some baking powder. 3. if you’re not scared of fruit, adding a banana in there goes a long way for flavor and adds like 105 calories

If you want the edges of the frittata to cook slower/more evenly there's a baking trick: cake strips for even baking. It's basically a ring soaked in cold water around the baking dish. Although it's probably overkill for a frittata.

tbh i lost 11kg and didnt really change much of what i was eating. still had things like cake and candy and take out i just changed to healthier alternatives. so low fat mince instead of full fat mince. making my own baked goods using less butter and sugar instead of buying the sugar ton filled goods from a store (it always tastes better then store goods as well coz its fresh and no extra additives). as long as you are working off more calories then what you are eating then you will still lose weight
