Sometimes I see soreness beyond the 48 hours, and the growth and progress is amazing, but my legs are so sore when trying to sleep.

If you increase your protein intake, you will see better results and less soreness. Additionally, focus on your hydration and carbohydrate intake - absolute game changer. Thank you for watching and commenting.
