I like #4. It reminded me of the book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People." The first habit "Be Proactive" talks a lot of how we cannot control most things that happen to us. However, we are in control of the way we react. The book even says if you stop looking at the word "responsible" in the way most people perceive it. And look at is as "response-able" it allows you start reacting to ups and downs in life in a different way.

This one video in particular got my attention. Not because I do these things now but because I know I used to do them before. It takes a lot to man up and own your mistakes and get through life, one day at a time. The self validation is so true and I respect anyone that doesn’t let others bring them down. Great video bro. stay beastly!

Number 4 really resonates with something I've been trying to figure out. What I get from your stoic reactions piece is to live in the present. Don't dwell on the past, and don't think too far into the future. Live in the here and now and enjoy the moment.

Solid video today, I finally worked up the courage to ask the girl out who works at the gym I go to. I was REALLY nervous, she turned me down but its crazy to think that months of thinking and over thinking was just done in less then 30 seconds. For the first time in my life I actually said I would do something and stuck to the plan, I remember 1stMan said something like "doing things like actually having the courage to go ask that women out will start to trickle into other aspects in your life ie taking risks" , going to take this momentum into fight mode. Always grateful for the content, If it wasn't for you and your videos I would not have even taken that chance yesterday.

well done! don’t give up man and don’t think about the rejection. you will thank her one day for rejecting you when your perfect girl accepts your date. and most importantly please don’t settle with any girl just because one or two girls turned you down. know your worth, work on yourself - keep improving your looks, body, mind and soul. work on your approach/flirting game. flirt safely with any girl regardless of your preference. that builds practice and confidence when you are flirting with girls you actually like

It's awesome that you faced the challenge. That's encouraging. We've all been there--trying to work up the courage to ask a woman out--but once you do it, feels good, doesn't it? When facing challenges, I heard someone say, "you either learn and grow or you win. There's no failure aside from not trying." Keep the momentum going and enjoy the journey not just the destination. You got this.

@@EmpoweredTravels appreciate the kind words, oh it was quite a thrilling experience I still remember my first ever cold approach, it was bad but even the girl was nice about it. It’s one of those things where after you have done it you think “you know what it’s actually pretty fun that rush of adrenaline”. I agree with your quote, wish you all the best

@@kkumar3867 appreciate the kind words and advice! I remember watching a 1stMan video where he said “don’t ever settle for less in life” I understand my value and aware I am not where I need to be yet but that’s why I can awake up every morning with that burning fuel to get better. Wish you all the best

@@JLau Appreciate it. Especially with women, be aware of the vibe and energy you're projecting more than anything. A woman I hadn't said a word to once stopped me and asked me where my good vibe came from. Sometimes, you will see women smiling in your direction. They can sense your energy before you open your mouth. Go forth and be well, bro.

Bro I hid from pressure all of high school and my first few years of college I know how painful that was. I would get a girl's number, text her too much and she would never commit to a date, I was simply insecure and too nervous to talk to women in general. Same when it came to asking for a raise from my boss at work I was too scared of the pressure of that conversation

4 Things Masculine Men Do Differently: 1. Stop hiding from pressure (pressure bust pipes, pressure can also make a diamond) 2. Find the right evidence (select your confirmation bias for your path to grow and don’t hesitate on negative sidekicks) 3. The OF Mith (don’t disturb on validation request for pursuit to be with girl or other people who isn’t interested in you, create your inner circle for self-validation and become to get next level on long-term to praise yourself) 4. Stoic reactions (easy way that all of us can practice thinking like this immediatly is by how we react when something good or something bad happens - stay mentally grounded have peace of mind and repeat that day after day) Appreciate you, Dave! genuine question… is the beast dating not doing well? I feel the redundancy of the content reflects that….i have scaled back on this channel tremendously, perhaps I don’t fit the demographic of viewership. I see the title, and just roll my eyes, I love what you’ve done and your success…but find this type of content tedious and a regurgitation of stuff that’s already been put out.
@AngelGuzman0925
@AngelGuzman0925 3 ай бұрын
I see your point cause I’ve noticed that too. But the way I think about it is that for those new viewers (I assume) that are hearing about David for the first time, he’s putting out content that they missed out. Just a thought though but I’ve always scaled down on the Monday videos. I enjoy the vlogs in Thursdays but the sit down advice/tips videos on Mondays are kinda redundant. But hey if it’s working for him, then so be it 😅
@brianworley4390
@brianworley4390 3 ай бұрын
@@AngelGuzman0925 For sure, most certainly wasn’t throwing shade. I just think it’s a lot of “bait” type material and piggy backing off the alpha male content which is a little saturated. Im on the older side of things as it pertains to the material. When your target audience seems to be that 16-20 range I feel like some of us that have followed since the Boston days are kind of numb to the content. Thursdays are ok, and loved his appearance on the Don’t Be Sour Podcast
