56 yrs old, $200k cash, $3m in 401k, Roth and trade account. $10k monthly expenses all in. Retiring at 56. Would you use your cash account to live on age 56-57/58 to reduce income and qualify for ACA health premium subsidies? Or use the $200k to pay down mortgage and reduce monthly expenses? Or leave the cash alone and draw from the trade account monthly?
