I talk a lot about gallbladder surgery as it really is the best option for most people who have developed gallstones and are having significant symptoms.
That doesn't mean that you can't do things to prevent gallstones from forming in the first place. There are a number of natural options when it comes to your gallbladder health.

Hello I'm from Vietnam, I'm really grateful your shared videos about gallbladder. My doctor advised me to have a gallbladder surgery because my gallbladder had adenomyomatosis as well as gallstones (diagnosis based on ultrasound). What I'm very worried about is that adenomyomatosis has a similar morphology to gallbladder carcinoma. Is my case highly likely to be gallbladder carcinoma, and what percentage it could be? And if the bad luck is gallbladder carcinoma, will it easily metastasize to the liver or bile duct (I'm concerned about this so I can better mentally prepare for the surgery). Hi . I wanted to ask do contraceptives have any role to play in exaggerating gall stone pain? I've had gall stones since a while and ever since ive started taking pills for pcos i feel like im always in pain

Both my mom and aunt have an eating disorder and dont have much of any fat in their diets so why dont they have gallstones? Also Ive considered plant based proteins like shakes and such but they all use soy proteins and soy if I consume it on a regular basis makes me gassy and bloated!

Both genetics and environment play a role in gallstone formation. Lots of people with great diets get gallstones, lots of people with terrible diets don’t. This kind of advice is generally applicable but not necessarily to your Aunts specific situation
