I was a lead line cook for 13 years, watching your videos reminds me of all the insane orders, rushes and good memories with my old crew. Seeing how you perform was how I remember being back there. Unfortunately I couldn't stay at my old job there due to pay cuts and a unreliable manager. I did have lots of great memories with my old coworkers and crew. Excellent line cook. I do notice quite a bit of unnecessary movements. Get that locked down. Moving pans, plates, ect back and forth. No reason for any of that.
