The previous house I lived in burned down and I had to build a new house. Since there was little money, the house turned out to be small. 1st floor of a house with an area of 50 m2. In the future, 2 more rooms are planned under the roof of the house, with a total area of 30 m2.
The house has electric heating with heated floors, central water supply, ventilation and many smart devices that make the house even more comfortable.

Have you possibly been to Sweden and worked on Swedish construction sites? Your work and your knowledge, solutions are similar to construction work in Sweden. Very good work and a nice house! Great job! Very nice house construction. We have a different method of constructing a house. In my country the posts foundation and beams play a vital role in our buildings.we usually put rebars on both beams and posts. While yours are more of floor foundation. Great job btw.👍❤

@@user-jl8vn8du6i Добрый день, смотря о каких стенах идет речь! Для внутренних стен в помещении лучше всего использовать легкие стены. Древесину уменьшите по размеру, достаточно бруса толщиной 45 мм. Тогда устойчивые стены становятся с первым слоем фанеры с обеих сторон, затем гипсокартонами, которые легко красить, обоями или оштукатуривать штукатуркой с обеих сторон. Наружные стены требуют утепления, и если вы не кирпичите, как этот дом, из легкого бетонного камня, то постройте внешние стены из бруса, утеплителя, снаружи ветрозащитной бумаги, деревянных реек и стеновых деревянных панелей. Внутренняя часть наружных стен - фанера и гипсокартон. 👍

Wow, that a pretty good price for a small home. Just a shell of a shed can you cost half that much in part of the US. Saw an article where rock wool is becoming really hard to find, there are people waiting months to acquire it. If you’re doing it yourself, of course you save a lot of money, but everything is so expensive, lumber, concrete for foundations, septic systems which come with quite a few lists of environmental requirements can double, triple construction any small home.
