And you have probably realized that the answer might lie in something deeper, something spiritual. The concept of prosperity is often misunderstood. You ignore the fact, not all of us can pretend prophesy & God exist. That is why Jesus Christ says, "Think not I come with peace, but sword". It is amusing to hear the profound arrogance of someone knowing of God, as if He were known outside of fiction. The believer & the literate are separated by the vocabulary of fiction: Blasphemy, God, faith, prayer, prophet, scripture etc. Matthew 17:20 He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” I like asking believers how they can possibly think their faith is respectable, given Jesus said faith is worthless, since you can't expect obedience when ordering mountains to move? Freud wrote, "The antidote to Christianity is literacy". "Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall". What is The Catholic faith? Organized crime, indoctrinating children with a fantasyland vocabulary? When men are free of religious notions they write, "The antidote to Christianity is literacy." "My sheep hear My voice" is the mindset of slavery. Once free of it, there are no suggestions we all travel better by having one foot in a stranger's fantasyland or Garden of Eden. A mind free of religious text is not tortured by pretending Divinity made Mormons so Christians would know how Jews feel, having pasted their books on to them both. Those looking for the sign of a resurrection, are a vile, "Wicked Generation" seeking signs, led by "wolves in sheep's clothing". "The only sign is that of Jonah"; a believer murdered by other believers. Chained to the slavery of faith, they write: "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:" Galatians 3:13 One must be insanely arrogant to suggest knowing something of a God. It is by boldness, Moses became the world's worst navigator, by having one foot in some fantasyland. There is a fine line between fishing & standing on the shore, looking like an idiot. Fail to get the Jews to buy it for 2000 years & they should know who their Messiah is. Jesus is a fake, to immortalize the war against the Jews. Jesus Christ is crucified for all time in literature & the subjects of Rome are illiterate. Freud wrote, "The antidote to Christianity is literacy" & the joke is in the scriptures. "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:" Galatians 3:13 An improvement on your God & faith; would outlaw indoctrination & abuse of the vocabulary of fiction on children. Dont underestimate God. Jesus is God and you have but only one blessed hope. This is Jesus Christ. If you are so prideful and arrogant, believing you don't need anything but yourself. You will suffer for eternity because of your pride. But if you can admit that you are what Gods word says you are, then you can surrender and accept God's gift of Salvation. Repent and be washed in the blood of Jesus Christ. Be forgiven and be reborn becoming a new person in Christ. It will be the best thing that you have ever done. Praise God. Hallelujah to the Lamb. Glory to God.

Thank you for sharing this important message about the hope we have in Jesus Christ. In the Bible, in Titus 2:13, it is said, "awaiting the blessed hope and manifestation of the glory of our great God and Savior Christ Jesus." This passage underscores the centrality of Jesus as our hope and Savior. It is true that there is nothing we can do for ourselves to achieve salvation. As it is written in Ephesians 2:8-9: "For by grace ye are saved through faith; and this is not from you, it is a gift of God; not of works, that no man should boast." Salvation is a free gift from God, offered to all who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Repentance and faith in Jesus are essential to receiving the forgiveness of our sins and experiencing the transformed life He offers. As it is written in Acts 3:19: "Repent, therefore, and rejoice, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshment may come, from the presence of the Lord." May we all recognize our need for salvation and surrender to the grace of God in Jesus Christ. May we find forgiveness, renewal and hope in His wonderful offering of love. Praise the name of the Lord, for He is worthy of all honor and glory. Amen.

Absolutely, amen to that! In John 14:6, Jesus Himself declares: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." This powerful statement reaffirms that Jesus is not just a way, a truth, or a life, but the ultimate and exclusive source of all three. As believers, we find our hope, purpose, and salvation in Jesus Christ alone. He is the bridge that connects us to the Father, the embodiment of truth that sets us free, and the source of eternal life that brings us into fellowship with God. In a world filled with uncertainty and confusion, Jesus stands as the unchanging foundation of our faith. He is the firm anchor in the midst of life's storms, the guiding light in the darkness, and the source of hope that never fades. May we always cling to Jesus as the way, the truth, and the life, trusting in His grace and mercy to lead us into abundant life both now and for eternity. Amen 🙏

I dont think that Jesus loved John more than others but i believe it was the other way around. John recognised and acknowledged who Jesus was, the Lamb of God.
@PathsofUnderstandingАй бұрын
Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's true that John had a unique and close relationship with Jesus, often referred to as "the disciple whom Jesus loved." This special bond is evident throughout the Gospel of John, where John describes himself as reclining on Jesus' bosom at the Last Supper and being entrusted with caring for Jesus' mother, Mary, at the crucifixion. While it's clear that John had a deep love and admiration for Jesus, it's important to remember that Jesus' love is not limited to any one individual but is extended to all who believe in Him. In John 3:16, Jesus Himself declares: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." Jesus' love is inclusive and unconditional, reaching out to all people, regardless of their background, status, or actions. As it says in Romans 5:8, "But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." This demonstrates the depth of Jesus' love for each and every one of us, regardless of our past or present circumstances. Therefore, while John may have had a special relationship with Jesus, it doesn't diminish the fact that Jesus' love is available to all who recognize Him as the Lamb of God and place their trust in Him for salvation. Let us all rejoice in the boundless love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, who offers forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life to all who come to Him in faith.

Don't give up, God has a purpose and an escape from temptations for you. To your right, you have God's door, which is your purpose in life. To your left, you have the door of temptation, the easy but harmful happiness that will hinder your purpose. You always have to choose God. He will always have an escape for you. Be strong.

🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈Please pray for salvation for Chris, Pete and Nick who no longer believes in God
@PathsofUnderstandingАй бұрын
Surely, we will be in prayer for Chris, Pete and Nick, asking for the transforming work of God’s grace in their lives. In the Bible, in 2 Peter 3:9, it is written, "The Lord does not delay his promise, though some have it for late; but he is long-suffering toward you, not wanting some to be lost, but all to repent." God’s grace is sufficient to reach everyone, regardless of their current situation. He is patient and loving, wishing everyone to come to repentance and salvation. In Ephesians 2:8-9, it is said, "For by grace ye are saved through faith; and this is not from you, it is a gift of God; not works, that no one should boast." May we trust in God’s grace to work in the hearts of Chris, Pete and Nick, bringing them to faith and salvation in Jesus Christ. May the Holy Spirit guide you on the path of truth and life, revealing to you the love and redemption that is available in Christ. Let our prayers be like planted seeds, confident in God’s promise that His Word will not return empty, but will fulfill the purpose for which He sent it (Isaiah 55:11). May He be glorified through the wonderful work of transformation He does in the lives of those who seek Him. Amen.

Beit means House. Lehem means Meat not bread.
@PathsofUnderstandingАй бұрын
Thank you for sharing this insight. Language and translation can sometimes offer deeper meanings to biblical texts. In the Old Testament, Hebrew words like "Beit" meaning "House" and "Lehem" meaning "Meat" or "Food" are indeed significant in understanding the context of certain passages. For example, in the context of the word "Beit," it's often used in reference to the "House of God" or the "House of the Lord," signifying places of worship or divine presence. Similarly, "Lehem" can refer to physical food but can also carry symbolic meanings related to sustenance, provision, and the spiritual nourishment provided by God. In Matthew 4:4, Jesus quotes Deuteronomy 8:3, saying, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God." This highlights the spiritual significance of "Lehem" beyond its literal meaning of bread or food, emphasizing the importance of spiritual nourishment provided by God's word. Ultimately, these linguistic nuances remind us of the richness and depth of God's Word, which transcends mere literal interpretations. As believers, we are invited to partake in the spiritual feast provided by God's grace, finding sustenance and fulfillment in His presence and His Word. Let us continue to explore the treasures of Scripture, allowing the Holy Spirit to illuminate its truths and deepen our understanding of God's love and grace.

Jesus physical description is given. In the book of Enoch Hair, skin color. All is given in the book of Enoch
@PathsofUnderstandingАй бұрын
Thank you for sharing your perspective. Although the Book of Enoch is an ancient text that some religious traditions consider important, it is important to remember that it is not part of the biblical canon recognized by most Christian denominations. In the Bible, in Isaiah 53:2, there is a prophecy about Jesus that says, "For it was rising up as a branch before him and as the root of a dry land; it had neither beauty nor beauty, and looking at it, there was no good appearance in it, that we might desire it." This passage suggests that the emphasis of the Bible is not on the physical description of Jesus, but rather on His character and redemptive mission. The New Testament focuses on who Jesus is and what He has done for us, rather than specific physical details. Therefore, while it is interesting to explore ancient texts such as the Book of Enoch, it is important to focus on the fundamental truths of the Christian faith, centered on the saving grace of Jesus Christ. May we continue to seek and share the true gospel message, which is the good news of salvation by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

@PathsofUnderstanding it's not part of biblical cannon due to the Vatican and those who started it. Right along with the dead sea scrolls. However it didn't follow the narrative the so called leaders wanted to project. There's so much research & studies out there. Do your research It's also been proven that they overlay 'd God over the word that's the equivalent to " THE POWERFUL ONES" plural. Hence Annunaki No wonder they're currently trying to hide what plural & singular means. With this whole pronoun "they/them" crap. It's an agenda And people like yu make it easy to succeed. Don't just believe bc someone says. Everything I've said, can be looked up. Most of the things surrounding the Bible that most didn't believe just on faith. Scientists are now validating what's in the Bible. The 5th kind is a great channel on yt Paul Wallace as well

Why was it all written in greek , latin, arromayic if, jesus was a jew ? Heberw would have been his language , right ?
@valerie75Ай бұрын
Jerusalem was conquered by many different countries. Hence the languages. During tbe time of Jesus, the Romans had taken over from the Greeks that's why they spoke Greek. Romans introduced Latin and so forth. I hope that makes sense.
@PathsofUnderstandingАй бұрын
True, Jesus, being a Jew, probably spoke Aramaic, a common language of His time, as well as possibly understanding Hebrew, especially in the context of reading the Scriptures in the synagogue. However, the New Testament, which contains the accounts of the life and teachings of Jesus, was written in Greek. The choice of Greek as the language of the New Testament reflects the cultural and linguistic context of the time. Greek was the lingua franca of the Eastern Mediterranean world during the first century, widely spoken and understood in different regions and cultures. The use of Greek allowed the message of Jesus to reach a wider audience and be preserved for future generations. While the original writings were in Greek, translations into other languages, including Latin and later vernacular languages, helped spread the gospel message throughout the world. As believers, we can find comfort in knowing that the Word of God transcends the barriers of language and is accessible to all who seek Him. In terms of biblical support, while the New Testament was written in Greek, the Old Testament was written primarily in Hebrew, with portions in Aramaic. However, the Old Testament translations into Greek, known as the Septuagint, were widely used in the time of Jesus and quoted by the New Testament authors. The language in which Scripture was originally written does not diminish its meaning or authority. The message of grace, love and salvation through Jesus Christ remains unchanged and accessible to all who seek it, regardless of language or cultural context. As it says in Hebrews 4:12, "For the word of God is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating the division of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Jesus did not have brothers as you have mentioned, this would have been a protestants' teaching what you consider as Jesus's brothers were actually Jesus's cousins and not brothers
