You're in for a treat! Jackfruit is one of my favorite fruits, and I believe that fruit is nature’s perfect food. 🍒🫐 I see people complain about eating fruit, but then will go eat highly-processed sugary foods instead. Just eat fruit! 🥭 In my experience, it’s all of the other processed sugars consumed that damage the body…not fruit. There is a whole world of exotic fruits out there I bet you haven’t tried…and each one of them contains healing and energizing properties for the body. Eat your fruits and vegetables-fresh, whole, ripe, organic, and local when possible. If everyone replaced one “sad” meal a day with a bowl of fruit, smoothie, green juice, or #rawvegan dish, I truly believe we would have much healthier and happier individuals on this planet. I’ve been living and breathing a FullyRaw vegan lifestlye for 18+ years now, and I thrive on fruit…as shown here in this video. It keeps my body functioning at it’s best. Please become more conscious about what you consume and support. I hope this inspires you to eat more raw vegan or plant-based meals and to eat REAL FOOD. This is a full-on awakening. Dont’ be afraid to eat fruit. 👈🏽🍉

I’d have to maybe try. I didn’t realize you could eat it without cooking it. Usually, when I saw it, it’s cooked for a taco.

I only have had it in the store packaged and made savory into faux meat. So I have never tasted it as a sweet fruit. Also I don’t know if I have access to this fruit where I live. I could look into it in an Asian market??? I have no idea. But glad to see you are enjoying it. 😅

Maybe because I’ve only had jackfruit from a can but I wasn’t a fan, I tried recipes to use it as a meat substitute i.e. shredded beef/chicken, tuna etc. please let me know what I’m doing wrong

The canned one as a mock meat is unripe. At the bigger Asia markets they sometimes have ripe ones but directly in tropical countries it's best.
