Level Shifter IC have on outputs, some zero ohms resistors, so, you can first remove this resistors and check if any improvements. You should remove on signal groups, for example, in this video he remove output of CKV3, he have remove CKVB3 signal also.

Cool ,but why? There must be a reason why those resistors existed. So There must be some problems once you cut them.

I dont have this problem, but I'm noticing a different image in the background and it changes from time to time when I'm watching just regular TV or even want to try to connect my PC? It's like transparent

What if both sides have double image and/or flickers was when you remove cables from left and right side. I replaced my toon board and still have double image please help ! samsung un40d6000sf is my model. Double image not t con how do I know if it’s panel and is it possible to replace panel ?

Hello, may someone help me? I have a TV that we replaced both MB and Tcon, and it keeps showing a duplicate screen. The screen is divided into 2, so we see the same image in the left as in the right like if there were 2 separate TVs. Any help? Thanks.

What is actual problem if there was same problem before changing MB and Tcon then it is panel problem.If it problem after changing MB and Tcon it is software problem

Don’t do this. Resistors are in place for a reason. You can’t bypass them without having a negative effect.

Can you enlighten us why not, it seems you have no clue what they do or what makes this fix actually work, you should spend your time on knowing why this will work and give your tv some more life, for free. It's not gonna burn down your house.

No voy a cambiar un Panel por esa pequeña falla en el interior de éste. La falla de imagen doble es muy molesta de visualizar así que si RM4 y RM7 son retiradas del circuito vale la pena pagar el precio (NO cutting). Muchas gracias Señor por compartir su conocimiento. Nos evita tener que experimentar las posibles combinaciones probabilísticas para la solución. Un saludo.

Removing the resistors is a way to cut a cicuit, so I wonder... Do you know why this works? Is it a way of disabling other functions on the TV or some kind of "counter" that tells the TV to create a problem so people buy a new one?

Or just a faulty part, or design. Believe it or not, designers at big name companies are the same kind of guys at small companies. They make mistakes from time to time. Sometimes a flaw in a chip or circuit layout wont show itself for years. Or only if a certain set of conditions are met, such as the panel getting too hot. Its not healthy to automatically assume its malice on the manufacturer's part. More often than not, shit just breaks. It happens when you're making products millions at a time.

Makes sense. Some driver could be bridged with some other output, where the correct one dominates for years, then finally gives out and the other one takes over. I'm pretty skeptical of a solution like this, though. There must be some downside.

I really hate led TV's as no manufacturer gives not more than 1 year warranty on them nor they last more than 3 years . Nor the technicians are that skilled.to repair it instead they suggest to buy a new one. Previously I had 28" CRT with huge bass which lasted more than 2 decades .
