Wow man i not gonna lie, i almost give up because of the fatig, but with your workouts and during time i learn that i have to challenge my self, and i DID ALL 40 MIN, thank ylu for this amazing workout nate and all elevate series now im your bigest fan 💪🏾🤟🏿

Hi Nate thank you i am proud i didn't quit and finish it, the last power squat the time went slow killer workout but the 40 min went fast more like this, please
