Fascinating. Some sons are spitting images, some obviously take more after the mother, where often there is plenty of beauty. Some are quite like the father but are missing all the charisma, e.g. Connery, Mortensen, Hanks and Delon's sons.

In my opinion, both fathers and sons possess remarkable appearances. Mel Gibson's offspring are undeniably attractive, and he is blessed with quite a brood.

I've noticed the same with most of the famous mothers and daughters as I did here. The parents are better looking than their kids...the handsome part of their gene pool was depleted with the parents.

Some of them have some features of their father's but when you look at others you wonder if they are really related.
