cut the trolling motor cabl3 sleeeve with tin snips ,bass pro or amazon have new ones for $20 cloth with velcro

I want to see how to replace that plastic part at the head that is broken. The one that all the cables and wires run through,

can you put the cables on the foot pedal first and head last? how did you clip the cables to the cable mount brackets?By hand or pliers?minn kota should make that cable mount with screws not plastic clips.You could reuse the cable
