this is a 50K set up. He has a PREMIUM GT and a bunch of options, which is great, but the title is misleading.. 40K is with base GT 6speed and no options.

I just got my 19 gt back from Larson Ford. They installed the Roush 2.650 supercharger while it was there. 700hp and X pipe. Warrantee intact. Been driving it for a few days. Had it out on highwy lastnight. It is so much quicker than i thought it would be. Stock tires and Cold roads so you can feel the traction control kickin on and off up to above 60mph. Once the tires grab solid wow it pulls on and on and on. Pulls from 60 to 120mph in a few seconds. Its incredible. I have a 13 gt500 with 680hp at wheels and im not sure which is quicker up at speed. Lets see how it holds up. Oil now 5w 50.

I just found this video and I enjoyed it. I got rid of my 19 BULLITT and have gotten a 2020 Roush Stage 3 with the 10R80 . These cars Rip , what a kick of acceleration. I bought it April of 2021 New left over on a show room floor so I got it cheaper than I could have gotten a new Mach 1 .

These Roush mustangs are gonna sell like hotcakes when people see the outrageous price for the new 2019/20 Shelby GT500. I'm glad I already own a Shelby GT500 but those new Roush's are getting to be a better bang for your money if your wanting a fully loaded mustang with a warranty.

I noticed a few dealerships around the country are offering these supercharger/turbocharger packages. Lebanon Ford, Joe Myers Ford, Sarasota Ford, Beechmont Ford, Lasco Ford...etc. Town & Country Ford and Pioneer Ford are even getting into the Ford F-150 market with packages.

That's a good price! A premium GT here in the Midwest is 42K and up. One of our local dealerships has an '18 GT Roush listed at $58K and I'm pretty sure it doesn't have all the Roush options listed in this video. I know insurance isn't any more expensive than a GT premium as well as tags, property tax, the down side to this is.....if stolen or totaled, insurance isn't going replace it with all the Roush custom work. At least that's what my insurance company said about my Roush supercharged, Tuscany F150, they would replace it with an FX4...no pro-comp lift or Supercharger even if Ford sells it that way with Tuscany and Roush warranties.

Jordan Fetfatzes I understand the point you are making. But in the event you need body parts that are only sold by a certain company at full retail value how will insurance cover that? I can only buy new if my bumpers, grill or hood gets smashed as there are no used..depreciated parts available, I'm pretty much screwed. I've had two cars totaled ( not my fault ) and the insurance company looked at local lot prices but I was able to get a bigger pay out due to mileage and condition. Side note- I've been with a top tier insurance company since the late '80s and my premiums reflect money I've collected from the acts of God against my cars and trucks as well even though I haven't had a traffic ticket or accident in 30 years. We get lots of hail in the Mid-West, just brutal!

Hi great video. I have been watching your channel on the 2018. My friend now has one and has installed the Roush supercharger. But he seems to have lost all the modes. Does yours still have normal, sport etc. Before he got the SC in normal mode it would be in 10th at 100km/hr, now it stays in 9th at the same speed. Seems like it only has one mode now. Is this normal? Cheers

I had the Stage 3, Orange Grabber from Roush in 2007. The Supercharger whine was incredible. Now it sucks there’s no whine. This is why Whipple is dominating the market. And I was suppose to get the 2018 Jackhammer, the owner told me its best to get the 2017 Stage 3 cause of state emission laws.

Very nice setup and look! Respectfully the $10k additional options cost does not seem to add up. The Supercharger list for around $8k. The 20 inch wheels and tires have to be near $3k complete. Add also the Roush exhaust, lowwering springs, side scoops, stripping and install cost. You are talking near $20K. Respectfully.

Have this same set with x pipe. The motor runs great but the shifting part of the programming is not that great. Mine sticks in gear and wont shift sometimes. Needs a better tune but if you have a reputably tuner clean it up youll lose your warrantee. Im putting mine back into ford tomorrow. Engine light is on.

Can't argue with the sound, that's for sure. The only thing we miss on this side of the computer screen is the G forces! One other thing I noticed, meaning no insult to you StangMode, but I really like the look of his side scoops. They fit the lines of the car much better than the one's you bought.

Hi. I know it may sound lame but Mustang here in Europe will be my daily drive car. I wonder how I could transport 2 or 3 bicycles with it. What are the options? Are there any shops in the US that have racks for them without removing front wheels. The ideal would the trail rack but not sure what's available for Mustang and how it all look like. I regret Ford Europe doesn't offer performance packages in Europe. We have just 4 premium packages. Of course there is nor Roush warranted cars. Still I'm thankful that Ford eventually started selling Mustangs over here. Can you help with bikes options ?

For 40k you might get the most very basic mustang GT with a whipple, however, you’re still going to have to consider upgrading the brakes and some suspension parts. You’re going to end up splitting your wig prematurely anyway with the skinny 235 tires all around. Trying to get any traction on the 235 will be a challenge, especially with 800 hp to the crank.

Nj dealership are idiots. It's hard to find any Mustang Gt with decent options list. Perf package cars almost nonexistent here and they slap stupid heavy 20 inch factory wheels for $1300 plus $400 wheel locks. Making a custom order nessecary. I might just buy one in Ohio and have it shipped here for extra $600

Modding cars. Honestly. For street driving only. is it worth getting a GT "Roushed"?? For those extra few tenths of a second to 60 MPH? Driven usually on less than ideal pavement? For me, I would leave the GT w/ 10-speed pretty much stock. Definitely NATURALLY ASPIRATED...reason to buy a GT IMHO. At most I would swap in the Roush exhaust kit and upgrade the tires to maybe Michelin Sport Cup 2's. And install a good audio system...as the car WILL spend time in traffic/gridlock. It's fast enough stock for street driving.

FYI roush mustangs are not recognized by auto insurance. Roush isn’t a car manufacturer so a roush is a gt mustang.even if you look it up on kbb it won’t be there just like Shelby before it became part of ford. My roush is registered as a gt mustang but it’s a roush built full papers badges. The Salen or RTR would be the same.
