This beautiful Blue Grass Valley farm is a perfect example of what has made the Valley so productive and spectacularly scenic. The 1900s two story farmhouse has been fully restored with wide cherry floors and original oak flooring. Updated bathrooms, and kitchen with cherry cabinets and soapstone countertops. A large two story sunroom and stone patio was added. No mosquitoes in Highland so we eat outdoors in warmer seasons. No air conditioning is needed in Highland(the County has the highest average elevation of any county east of the Mississippi).
There is a large barn and two additional outbuildings. There is also a Spring House renovated as a separate guest cottage with kitchenette and full bath. Multiple year-round springs supply household water and opportunities for other ponds or uses. Fruit trees line the entrance.
