I just bought another 42128 last month and am in the process of converting it into a flatbed rescue with pneumatic functions instead of just the flatbed. Maybe it could fit the Cement mixer on the flatbed? Would look weird AF but you know...Lego....being lego I guess.

Not much, there is a certain way you will always build a cab using this spectrum of bricks i think.
