@@MrBobbymacaroni Tinnitus is definitely Not a choice, no. You have my compassion. My Father unfortunately has it and I see him suffer in silence. Prayers for healing for you. I, too cannot listen to this as immediately felt migraine inducing. Migraines are also, not headaches they are disabling neurological disorders of the brain. Not a choice to have these either. I hope you find a video more soft and soothing for you, and for me too! I am happy this is helpful for others. IMPORTANT!! IF all you want is a tone to sleep with, go ahead, by all means, use you headphones or ear buds. BUT if you want the true full body healing experience you MUST BATHE YOUR BODY in 432 hz sounds with your room speakers, not just hear it in your ears. This is a physiological effect of these healing tones on your body proper not just the soothing effects on your sleep via your ears OR just a psychological effect.

With a help of shrooms or right amount of psychedelics for a bit of a push to place you on a certain vibrant level helps very much while listening to this particular hz when all u have are good kind of head phones. It is the actual (physical sound waves) that is needed to heal the hearing. You need to get your own tuning fork at 432. A good tuning fork ,one can feel the sound.

Actually you can feel sound but in a vibrant level perhaps for example a loud 12 inch sub playing in someones vehicle you can feel the rhythm in your chest or for earphones I can almost feel the vibration but not hear the sound so technically it truly depends on your audio system and how loud and effective can be to actually feel the sound waves breaking threw the barriers
