✶ Brown noise is a specific type of white noise that emphasise a deep, low and bassy sound. People report this type of noise to help concentration, focus, relaxation, drown out negative and repetitive thoughts, and encourage deep sleep. It is likened to heavy, muted rain, crashing waves and for myself particularly, being in the back of the car on a long journey home.
✶ Sounds and music tuned to the frequency of 432hz has also been associated with enhancing mood and alleviating fatigue, due to being more harmonically pleasant and closer to natural frequencies of the earth.

yep this is perfect, my new favorite. good length, nice and slow and clicky but not loud and overly bass-y, very gentle and calming. my favorite combination

This is just amazing. Mouth sounds are my favorite asmr trigger and in combination with the gentle handmovements and the Brown noice it is just over the moon! Thankyou thankyou thankyou. I already know I will come back to this video so many times.
