✶ Brown noise is a specific type of white noise that emphasise a deep, low and bassy sound. People report this type of noise to help concentration, focus, relaxation, drown out negative and repetitive thoughts, and encourage deep sleep. It is likened to heavy, muted rain, crashing waves and for myself particularly, being in the back of the car on a long journey home.
✶ Sounds and music tuned to the frequency of 432hz has also been associated with enhancing mood and alleviating fatigue, due to being more harmonically pleasant and closer to natural frequencies of the earth.

I didn't realize I needed brown noise in my life. As soon as I heard it I physically felt the difference within my nervous system. My vagus nerve has never activated like that before, not with deliberate intent and practice. Thank you!

As someone who struggles with focus and keeping calm when under it at work, this is perfect! I agree with the comments below. The brown noise is genius and completely relaxing. Reminds me of being on a plane cruising at 30,000 feet, with the low rumble lulling you to sleep. More of your wonderful whisper voice and mouth sounds as in the introduction 0:06 would be most welcome.

In audio engineering, electronics, physics, and many other fields, the color of noise or noise spectrum refers to the power spectrum of a noise signal (a signal produced by a stochastic process). Different colors of noise have significantly different properties. For example, as audio signals they will sound different to human ears, and as images they will have a visibly different texture. Therefore, each application typically requires noise of a specific color. This sense of 'color' for noise signals is similar to the concept of timbre in music (which is also called "tone color"; however, the latter is almost always used for sound, and may consider very detailed features of the spectrum).
