I’ve heard that you have to listen to these frequencies at a high volume to be effective. Does anyone know anything about this?

More about hearing all the frequencies played…. Think “high quality” sound system vs. just playing on a smart phone. A decent subwoofer makes a significant difference.

I’ve always heard for things like this or other subliminals it’s best to have on headphones or earbuds. That way the sound is directed right into your ear and isn’t getting lost or missing parts if on a speaker. Might be similar to the subwoofer thing but I’m no scientist. I know I like to sleep to it and most nights I hate headphones. But I know a lot of people will keep one earbud in maybe while doing chores or work since it’s not talking.
